Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Caahat platform, including its website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by Caahat.
1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2.2. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for restricting access to your computer.
3.3. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Platform.
• Use any automated means, including scripts, robots, crawlers, or spiders, to access, collect, or use information from the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code that could harm the Platform or any other computer system.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5.1. The Platform and all content included therein, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not use any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

6.1. You may be able to submit or post content on the Platform, such as reviews, comments, and photos ("User Content").
6.2. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Caahat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media or format.
6.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license set forth above and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
6.4. You are solely responsible for the content of your User Content. Caahat is not responsible for any User Content, and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.

7.1. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2. CAAHAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7.3. CAAHAT DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IN TERMS OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

8.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAAHAT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, EVEN IF CAAHAT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caahat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10.1. Caahat may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms.
10.2. Upon termination of your access, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh.

12.1. Caahat may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes to these Terms on the Platform.
12.2. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
